Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with no stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion, 1 tablespoon each of the Jalapeno Paste and Lightly Dried Chives. Cook until crumbled, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
- Mix turkey mixture, hash browns, 1 cup of the cheese, eggs, milk, remaining 1 tablespoon each Jalapeno Paste and Lightly Dried Chives, and salt in large bowl. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake 30 minutes. Uncover, top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes longer or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
