Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish. Brush chicken with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Coat evenly on both sides with Seasoning Mix. Discard any remaining Seasoning Mix. Place chicken on large shallow foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Place broccoli in large bowl. Toss with remaining oil and salt and pepper to taste. Arrange broccoli on sheet pan around chicken.
- Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Test Kitchen Tips:
- Serve on hoagie rolls for subs. To toast your rolls, remove chicken from oven. Place 4 hoagie rolls on sheet pan and bake 2 to 3 minutes.
- Try substituting regular chicken breasts for the thinly sliced chicken breast. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally into two even pieces. If necessary, place chicken breasts in resealable bag and pound gently with a meat mallet until desired thickness.
